  • How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
    It depends on the country you live in. Below are the estimated delivery times for most popular regions we currently ship to: Australia | Oceania | East Asia | Europe 10-25 days United States | Canada 10-21 days All other countries 10-21 days Note: Shipping times may be extended as a result of the current high demand during the COVID-19 pandemic as couriers are experiencing higher volume of shipments than usual.   • When can I get a tracking number for my order?
    We take 1-3 business days to process your order. Tracking numbers are then issued via email once the order has been processed. We strive to ship all items on time, however at times it can take longer. If you haven't received your order after 6 weeks, we will fully refund the full amount of your order.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. For CAINIAO_STANDARD Courier the item/s can be tracked here. For CPAM Courier the item/s can be tracked here. Note: copy and paste your consignment number to track your item.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation. To cancel or change your order, please contact us with your name and order number at: contact@easilyorganics.com Please note after 24 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
  • How can I return my items?
    If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at contact@easilyorganics.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
  • Can I order multiple items in one order?
    Of course you can! Simply add the items you want to cart and it will be processed as one order. Please note that some of your items may be sent as separate consignments as we ship from warehouses around the world (UK, US and Asia). If that's the case, you will be provided with a tracking number for each item in your order.
  • Why did my order arrive without an invoice or paperwork? Are you legit?
    We are a 100% Australian owned legitimate business. Once you place an order with us, we send you an email confirmation with an invoice for your item. Our network of suppliers are located all over the world and ship directly from their warehouse to our customers. As our suppliers work with many businesses, it is simply impractical to print and include paperwork for every order. So why don't you have a local warehouse then? We thought long and hard about this but this would mean that our prices would be a lot higher. At Easily Organics, we are all about unique produts at affordable prices! We have nothing to hide. We are an open, honest and transparent business. Should you have any issues with your order or your items, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue or provide a full refund where appropriate. We are 100% committed to satistfying our customers!
